Refund policy

Returns must be accomplished within 5 business days of receiving the product. A 20% restocking fee will occur to cover shipping fees to and from. 

It is up to the staff at Calculated Kinetics to determine if the product failed or it was user error or an installation error. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and come to agreement to do what's best for both the customer and the business.
